1. About Kirigami Arts

This website is operated by Kirigami Arts LLP ("Kirigami Arts", "we", "us", or "our").

We create handcrafted paper art, products, kits, artworks, and other creative products, and make them available through our online store.

2. Using Our Website

Our website is intended to help you discover, explore, and purchase products from Kirigami Arts.

We ask that you use the website responsibly and only for lawful purposes. Please do not attempt to interfere with the website, access areas that aren't intended for you, misuse our services, or use our content for purposes that haven't been permitted by us.

3. Our Products

We take care to make sure that the product information, photographs, descriptions, dimensions, materials, and other details on our website are as accurate as possible.

Many of our products are handcrafted. Because of this, small variations in colour, texture, folds, finish, or appearance may naturally occur. These little differences are part of what makes a handcrafted product unique and are not necessarily considered defects.

The colours you see on your screen may also differ slightly from the actual product depending on your device, display settings, lighting, and other factors.

We may occasionally update product details, photographs, or descriptions to keep the information on our website accurate.

4. Product Availability

We try our best to keep the products shown on our website available for purchase.

In rare circumstances, however, a product may become unavailable after an order has been placed due to an unexpected inventory issue, production issue, technical error, or another unforeseen circumstance.

If we are unable to fulfil an order, we will get in touch with you as soon as reasonably possible and arrange an appropriate resolution, which may include cancelling the affected order and providing a refund.

We will always make reasonable efforts to avoid such situations.

5. Pricing

All prices on our website are shown in Indian Rupees (INR) unless stated otherwise.

Prices may change from time to time. A price change will not affect an order that has already been accepted and confirmed, except where there has been an obvious pricing or listing error.

We take care to ensure that our prices and product information are accurate. If an obvious technical, typographical, or other error results in a product being listed at an incorrect price, we may contact you to explain the situation.

In such a case, you may choose to proceed at the correct price or cancel the affected order. If the order is cancelled, the amount paid for that order will be refunded.

6. Placing an Order

When you place an order on our website, you are requesting to purchase the products selected by you.

Once your payment has been successfully received and your order has been confirmed, we will begin processing it.

On rare occasions, an order may need to be cancelled due to circumstances such as product unavailability, a significant technical or pricing error, or a transaction that appears to be unauthorised or fraudulent.

If this happens after you have made a payment, we will inform you and provide a refund for the affected order.

7. Payments

All orders placed through our online store are prepaid.

We currently do not offer Cash on Delivery (COD).

Payments are made through the payment options available at checkout. Please make sure that the billing and payment information provided by you is accurate.

Payment transactions may be processed through third-party payment service providers. Their own terms and policies may also apply to your transaction.

8. Cancelling an Order

If you need to cancel your order, please contact us as soon as possible.

We can generally accommodate cancellation requests before the order has been processed or shipped. Once an order has entered processing or has been shipped, cancellation may no longer be possible.

If an eligible cancellation is approved, the applicable refund will be made to the original payment method.

9. Shipping and Delivery

We make every effort to process and dispatch orders within the timelines mentioned on our website.

Actual delivery times can vary depending on the destination, courier service, weather, public holidays, logistics, and circumstances beyond our control.

We appreciate your understanding that occasional delays can happen even when an order has been dispatched on time.

Please make sure that your shipping address and contact details are complete and accurate when placing an order. An incorrect or incomplete address may result in delivery difficulties or delays.

10. Returns, Refunds and Replacements

We want you to be happy with your Kirigami Arts order.

As our products are carefully made, prepared, and packed for each order, we currently do not offer returns for change-of-mind purchases, incorrect product selections, or simply deciding that you no longer want the product.

If your order arrives damaged, defective, incorrect, or incomplete, we're happy to look into it and help resolve the issue.

Such issues must be reported to us within 24 hours of delivery, along with the photographs and other information needed to assess the issue.

11. Looking After Your Paper Products

Our products are made using paper and other materials that may require careful handling.

To keep your product in good condition, we recommend protecting it from water, excessive moisture, heat, and rough handling.

Damage that occurs after delivery as a result of improper handling, storage, installation, modification, or use is not considered a product defect.

12. Intellectual Property

There is a lot of creativity behind everything we make and share.

The designs, artwork, photographs, illustrations, graphics, logos, names, written content, videos, templates, tutorials, and other materials available on our website belong to or are used by Kirigami Arts with appropriate rights.

Buying a product from us gives you ownership of the physical product you purchased. It does not transfer the intellectual property rights associated with its design or artwork.

Please don't reproduce, copy, modify, distribute, sell, or commercially use our designs, templates, artwork, photographs, or other creative content without our prior written permission.

If you'd like to use something we've created, we're always open to discussing it with you.
